My tech haul

Hello, readers. It’s been a while. I haven’t been writing a lot, due to general business in education, so I neglected my hobbies to have free time to do my hobbies. I have had no time to do my hobbies. Life sucks.

But, onto the main part of my blog. I was planning on making this post a long time ago, but never got around to it. I uses a lot of technology in my everyday life. And I would like to share what I have with you. I have previously talked about some of the stuff to you, but there’s some stuff I haven’t; so I will talk about all the stuff I own to make my life easier:

MY COMPUTER:  Revo RL80 Nettop PC.

This is a small computer. About the size of the Digital set top box. It’s silent, it’s efficient and it works. It lacks an internal fan, and manages to say fairly cool, all things considered. Only 1 and a half Kg, this machine boasts Intel HD graphics, Wireless capabilities, and a whole bunch of other cool things. It also includes a few USB 2.0 ports and a USB 3.0 port. I came preinstalled with Windows 8; though I updated it to Windows 8.1 after it was released over the Windows store. Coming from Windows 7, it is quite a change, but I actually like Windows 8. It’s different, but not in a bad way.

KEYBOARD: Logitech k360 wireless keyboard

I asked for this keyboard for christmas, because it was the coolest one on Amazon. It has this cool stripy black pattern, and all bronze coloured cog bits and it looks awesome. It is technically portable, but I keep it on my chest of draws; which acts like my desk. I even has media buttons for when I watch a movie, which is really cool.

MOUSE: Logitech M185 Wireless Mouse

It’s black and blue, which doesn’t really fit in with my colour scheme what I am rocking, but this is a really good wireless mouse. It is accurate, good sized, and has a nice feel in the hand. It’s a lot bigger than the mouse I used to have, which I had for 3 years. It is a reliable mouse, which gets the job done for when I am working or playing.

MY MONITER: Foehn and Hirsch TV/ Monitor

My current TV is a 22″ Full HD LED Widescreen Television/Monitor. It is; after 3 years of having it, one of the coolest TV’s ever. It’s flat, it’s small and has freeview, so has all of the channels I really need to find at least one good program on. Sadly, the TV is no longer sold by Ebuyer, which is a shame, but it was a good TV, which you have to take my word for.

MY HEADPHONES: Blaupunkt 112 Comfort Wireless Headphones

Great headphones, fairly cheap, and good for listening to music while you work. It blurs out the sound around you, and it also has other accessories to do things in studios etc. Bottom line: if you see them, buy them.

MY CAMERA: Nikon Coolpix L810

My Camera is a 16 megapixel L810. Megapixels don’t mean much to me; it’s just a number to make things look cooler. My camera is a superb bease, taking 720p HD video, 16 megapixel shots, and has a few modes to mess around with to get the best shots. It can be hit and miss in low light, but that’s what most cameras are like. I enjoy taking it out in the summer and taking pictures of the way I see things; I literally look at something, put my camera in that direction, hesitate for minute, and SNAP!

MY TABLET: 2012 32GB WI-FI Nexus 7

I love this tablet. It was cheap, it had Android 4.2 and I have been the happy owner for almost a year. I could have waited for the next one, but that would have been more expensive. I currently run Android 4.4 on this thing and it is honestly a great tablet. Nexus is the future of tablets. Move over thigh-pad!

MY PHONE: 32GB Nexus 5

It is a gorgeous phone. It has the latest specs for 2014; Android 4.4.2 KitKat, and 8 megapixel camera with HDR, and all the snapdragon 800 you want. It is a great phone to play with on the wait for the train; I spend my time on Tetris or angry birds and It is so good. I love this phone.

MY MP3 PLAYER: iPod Nano 6th Generation

It still works; I’m not gonna replace it. It has 8GB for all the songs I want (Not a lot). It is the only Apple product I own or need; and I only really got it for the music. I don’t love it really, it’s mainly for function, it is the only major MP3 Player. Everyone has their iPod touches. Not me, sister!

And yeah, that’s basically it. That is pretty much all the tech I own and use. I hope you like my recommendations; they’re all awesome (except the iPod).
